About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Psych Services, and in collaboration with Nurses and the Discharge Planning Coordinator & Care Manager (DPCCM), the Clinical Therapist is responsible for: Providing assessments of patients and their families, providing therapeutic counseling services as indicated or as ordered by the physician, planning and providing family education and group counseling, facilitating discharge planning.
Work Experience:
Acute Care facility experience: Preferred
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Counseling
Marriage Family Therapy
Social Work or equivalent required.
