GOAL
To work closely with families and community based organizations and collaborate on individualized service plans that address housing security, substance dependence, benefit acquisition and other social support apparatus in Kern County.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
KERN COUNTY

Members have to be authorized through their participating managed care plan

Services are open to all ages

Animals are allowed on grounds, but not inside the facility. A contained yard for animals adjacent to the facility (exceptions only for certified service animals)

No storage for personal property at the facility

Use of television, games, books, laundry, shower facilities and climate control environment are subject to adherence to the rules of the facility
