Patients

Good Samaritan Hospital is a community hospital that serves everyone in the community. 
 
We strive to create a space of healing so that our patients can get back to their lives a quickly as possible.  Everything we do is for the health and well-being of our patients.
 
If you become one of our patients, we want you to know you are in good hands.  We promise to give you our very best.
 
Here is some information on patient policies and guideline.
Helpful Information:
 
  • Business Hours: 7am-8pm

  • You can walk in and admit yourself for certain conditions.

  • We are fully staffed and Joint Commission Accredited.

  • There is a physician on site 24/7 in case of emergencies.

  • Our rooms are quiet and the focus is to promote healing.  Each room is equipped with a TV, phone, and bathroom.  Telephone calls will be directed to the room.  We encourage family members and loved ones calling patients.  Please give them your room and bed number. 

  • Good Samaritan Hospital is a smoke-free facility. We will coordinate with your physician in obtaining nicotine replacement patch therapy and provide support and education at your request.

  • Your doctor will instruct the dietary staff if you have special requirements. Meals are served three times a day.

  • Please do not bring valuables with you to the hospital.  Bring only what you need.  

  • You are welcome to bring books or magazines. 

  • Sometimes patients request a family member to stay with them.  Please talk to you Good Samaritan Care Team. They will let you know if that is possible.  Each patient’s needs are different and it is reviewed on a case by case basis. 

  • If you would like a copy of your medical record, lab and/or x-rays, these can be accessed by contacting the Health Information Management Department (HIM). Please contact the hospital at the following numbers for the Health Information Management Department (HIM Department):
